Eligibility & Age Restriction
To use jitaapp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when registering or placing bets.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from jitaapp or any affiliated platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jitaapp or its technology and game-provider partners.
- You are of sound mind and are registering voluntarily, not under duress or coercion.
Age Verification (KYC)
jitaapp employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any point during your use of the platform — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when triggering internal risk thresholds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
If jitaapp discovers at any point that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used — subject to verification of ownership of that payment method. jitaapp cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on jitaapp, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on jitaapp. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitaapp will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify jitaapp support immediately so that the account can be secured.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jitaapp reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as disclosed in the account management section of your player dashboard. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals
jitaapp processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to your jitaapp wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your chosen payment provider. jitaapp is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's side, network outages, or incorrect transaction references entered by the player. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

- Visa / Mastercard: Instant to 24 hours depending on your issuing bank.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 24 hours during normal operating conditions (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. jitaapp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- Any active bonus balance must be resolved (wagered through or forfeited) before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed.
- jitaapp does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Section 5
Bonus Terms & Wagering
jitaapp offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of the offer.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly in the promotional terms for each individual offer. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute 10–20%. Some game types may contribute 0%. Check individual offer terms for the full contribution breakdown.
- Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the player explicitly opts out of a bonus before wagering begins.
- Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active are capped at ৳500 per spin or bet round, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account upon expiry.
Bonus Abuse
jitaapp actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play; using automated betting software; and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all active bonuses cancelled and may be subject to permanent closure.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jitaapp, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that grants an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected technical error are void.
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the jitaapp platform.
- Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits through multiple transactions designed to avoid threshold-based checks.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any game where player-versus-player competition exists.
- Posting offensive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate content in any community or chat feature on the platform.
- Accessing jitaapp using a VPN or proxy server to misrepresent your geographical location.
jitaapp employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, transaction behaviour, and device fingerprints around the clock. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified, their accounts suspended, and the matter referred to our compliance team for investigation. Results of investigations are final.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
jitaapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Verified breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
- Player self-exclusion request or responsible gaming intervention.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
- Extended inactivity (12+ months with no login activity).
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact jitaapp support via live chat or by emailing support@jitaapp. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Active bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked for all gaming and deposit activity. Marketing communications will be suppressed. Limitation of Liability
jitaapp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitaapp, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the jitaapp platform.
- Errors, interruptions, or data loss resulting from technical faults outside jitaapp's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on jitaapp, including odds, statistics, and promotional copy.
- Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform. All gaming and betting involves inherent financial risk.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language for the interpretation of this agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
